The Toy Industry Association has announced the 74 toys that will be competing for hardware at the 2009 Toy of the Year Awards. The TOTY Awards take place in New York in mid-February, kicking off Toy Fair Week. The list is riddled with tech toys, as we’d expect. Toys like Kota, Elmo Live, EyeClops Night Vision, Tag Reading System, V-Motion and Scanopedia are all in the mix.
