KidZui 5.0 Internet Browser for Kids Released
Written on Nov 19, 2009 by Brian and filed under News
KidZui launched version 5.0 of their kid’s Internet browser today. KidZui helps make the Internet safer for kids by providing access to pre-screened content like videos, websites, and photographs while also providing a way for parents to share in their child’s exploration via weekly activity reports. Parents can now also easily send content directly to their children.
Version 5.0 also has a Facebook plugin for parents. The plugin helps parents interact with each other to connect kids with their friends online. KidZui provides access to over 2 million parent and teacher reviewed kid-safe games, websites, photographs and videos.
For a detailed listing of the tools available within KidZui to both kids and parents, check out this detailed chart. The browser can be downloaded free here, though there is a paid version ($7.95/month) as well, that includes additional features seen here.
