I bought 2 of them and both jammed while trying to install. I troubleshooted all methods according to the included instructions and online help at LeapFrog. I claimed that “I’d be better off with 3×5 flashcards” and they responded “what are flashcards?” What does that tell you about them?

my crammer has issues and the leapfrog support will not email any help and i dont know why any suggestions

This thing is junk… I tried to install the software (crammer connect) 3 times and it still wouldn’t work. What a waste of money. Plus the screen is black so you can’t really see it unless your in a well lightened room. Don’t buy this product.
