Disney Announces The Princess and the Frog Toys

This fall Disney will debut its first theatrical release in 10 years, “The Princess and the Frog.” They will also be releasing around the same time a Blu-ray release of ” Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.” To support these films Disney unveiled a complete line of merchandise at the Toy Fair yesterday. Though the product releases are heavy of dolls and dress-up, we’ve highlighted the more tech-oriented toys in the group.
Incidentally, we had the opportunity to watch never before seen clips of the movie, some parts finished, others still line art, and it was very impressive. As a father of a son I can’t say that we watch a lot of princess movies, but I have however seen all of the Disney princess movies. Audiences will appreciate the classic princess themes, but there’s a good deal of fun to be had as well, especially with the frog character who’s simply hilarious. There are several other sidekicks in the movie that add fun elements on top of the love story.
Disney Princess Favorite Moments Castle
Disney Princess Favorite Moments Castle is a magical place where Disney Princesses can live and play together! The magical castle has beautiful sparkly details with lots of iconic Disney details, and comes with a Favorite Moments Cinderella doll. There is an elevator that can take the princess to any of the three levels of play. With the girl-activated switch, Cinderella can get into the bubble bath to prepare for a ball. When she is placed in the glittery turret, girls can make her dance with the turn of a knob, and activate a “magical fireworks” display! After a night of dancing, girls can make Cinderella get into bed with the help of a switch. For use with 4” dolls.
